Mechanical engineering foundation transfer

Hi does any body know whether after conpleting the foundation mechanical engineering is it possible to transfer to a differnt uni to study Beng Mechanical engineering

You'd have to contact each university. Most don't accept it but the one's that do normally ask for a certain percentage from your foundation year.

No a guy on my course had done his foundation course at another uni.

To reiterate, it is possible yes, but it is subject to the stance of your prospective university. As said, some will accept it and ask for an overall % in order to be granted a place on their BEng degree, and some just won't accept it at all.
