2nd year mature student, applied for student finance today, LATE. Help?!
I didn't realise you had to re apply every year, oops.I am 26 and have never needed parent evidence for my form. I have just applied online for the second year finance, and have to print and sign a form to post tomorrow.Is it really going to take 6 weeks to process?My course starts on the 19th of September, just over 3 weeks away. Would it be extreme optimism to expect to get my student loan in time for this?Thanks for any help,Chlo
Don't worry: this is quite common. You should contact your university to let them know the situation, but they're not going to kick you out because the loan's a bit late.
