My advice based on your comments is to stick with your original decision and go to Manchester. You seem more enthusiastic about Manchester, which says alot.
The only pros you list for UCL are prestige and being closer to home. Assuming you won't be living at home, I don't see why proximty should be a deciding factor.
As for prestige, I think you may be overestimating the impact that any difference in rankings between these two will have on your future options.
