I think so, though i never tried it myself. The problem is that it might not allow you to send it as it sometimes think macros to be vitally harmful. I had a problem sending my MSAccess file once. Try compressing it.

Yes it is, you need to make sure you include all the project files - source code, forms etc.

However, if you have used any custom libraries or any non-standard build libraries, the other machine will need to have these installed and registered too.

It will work fine, but as above don't forget any files!
Also make sure you aren't sending across different versions, e.g. vb.net > vb6.
