Chance of getting offers from LSE/UCL/WARWICK with just 60%

Hi, I am an international student who graduated from University of Bristol with 2.1 degree in Economics. I only just achieved 60% and this is what worries me in terms of getting unconditional offer from following universities:

LSE - MSc Development Studies / MSc Political Economy of Late Development
UCL - MSc Economics or MSc Economic Policy
Warwick - MSc Economics or MA International Development

I did achieve fairly good marks in units that I'd like to focus on at graduate level (68+ in development) but my average went down because of microeconomics which I do not find interesting. I do not have gre or gmat score but have relevant work experiences that I accumulated every summer while at uni. Provided that I can submit excellent references and personal statement, I wonder if I have a good chance of getting offers with just 60% from them. Also, I wonder if there are less competitive courses in general, that is, easier to get into.

Thank you!

So, Mr/Ms economist, you are an international student who'll pay mucho money to do a masters in a specialisation that is probably not commercial hot property. You have a decent degree from a decent institution and are therefore unlikely to fail. From the perspective of a revenue-hungry institution, with your economist hat on, can you see why they would have have a problem taking your (or your parents') hard-earned money off you? Perhaps you should have paid more attention during microeconomics...

Actually this is incorrect. International Development is a very important subject area with globalisation, migration, international conflict, pollution issues, etc and are actually very competitive degrees at places like the LSE.

I also heard UCL looks for about 65%+.

You will probably get into Warwick. However, you may not. I used to study at one of the leading courses at Warwick and indeed had close contact with academics who will teach you, and 60% didn't guarantee entry internally never mind externally.
