Should I apply?

I want to apply for an economics degree with a year in industry for 2016.
During my GCSE's I was forced into the core class and only got a grade of C in maths. This degree wants a minimum of B in GCSE.
I'm taking maths at A-levels and I've been predicted to get an A, B at worst.

Would this have a major impact on my application?
what did you get at AS?
technically you dont meet their requirements but you are doing maths at A level so you could get an offer with a good PS and reference and high predictions. you dont know.
you could email and ask if you potentially have a chance

Contact admissions and ask. If you got an A at AS level I'm almost certain they won't reject you just for the low GCSE grade as you've clearly proved mathematical ability.
