I'd say you're young up until you hit 30.

Personally I believe that as a general trend your 20s are for having fun, exploring yourself, where you fit in, your identity, and well grinding as much as you can. You should capitalize during your 30s by building on the foundations you laid in your 20s and treating yourself very very often. And well in your 40s its kick back, do you and chill

You're as young as you feel.

I wouldn't put a cap on age, I think it all depends on the individual and their health.

Some are always young at heart.
