problems about intermediate

so i already got an english B and im going to do the physics in Sep not a resit and i would like o enter medicine in malta ..im maltese..and i was going to do in one setting bio , chem ,sOK, psychology..Is psychology hard to get a B since my friends did it in Mat and they got D and E..and im afraid now..Waht should i do should i retake English..
And i have another question i want to reasearch medicine ...what couse is better? Medicine ,Bio chem or BSC bio and chem? sice we all know med is the most prestige course thsatanyone could get into ..its the mentality here...
