Some people prefer a paper test than 'interview' which is basically a different style of test with a different name, anyway.
If you can find out what their past tests had been like, maybe you can decide if you'll comfortable with it. :smile:

Correct. They changed it and now everyone finds out at the same time, EXCEPT if you are called for additional interview from the pool (this is fairly uncommon).
