Special support grant?

When I applied for to SFE I ticked the box regarding disability/particular benefits that mean I am eligable . How ever I have just logged on to SFE to find that I am down for maintenance grant. Was / is there something I should have done?

I'm going to attempt to contact them tomorrow (I am not very good on the phone.

You have to submit evidence for special support grant. Did you send the required evidence in?

I don't remember being asked to. Only DO A stuff
You have to submit evidence to show that you have entitlement to the special support grant, else your claim will be rejected.
