Really? I'll see if I can come across it. What stores sell it?

That was perfect. Just looked it up at the ASDA store, Alpen's Museli; it says it's not available there but cheers. I have a starting point at least.

Mkay, I never even heard of it and have always wondered how to eat healthier, so thanks. It's strange how you come across new information these days. I'll look for that next time I go shopping
But also is it eaten with milk or?

Oh dear. I don't wanna be counterproductive and spend extra money on healthy oats just to defeat with whole fat milk. So what kind of milk should I get? Lol
Kellogg's crunchy nut chocolate clusters. A box of that would usually go the day it was bought in our house.

You can use soy, rice or almond milk instead if regular milk doesn't quite do it for you!

Or you can use skimmed milk

I was supposed to introduce you to it

Meh. Get out of my house

Stop being a lard arse vs. home delivery ftw? :beard:

There's nothing healthy about wheat/gluten (see Dr. Perlmutter for reference), but museli, and particularly oat based porridge, are more like it :borat:

Spoiler

I thought all porridge's were oat based
