What do I do to make sure I get all the right foods in through a very hectic schedule? I work till 5pm like normal on a 9-5 but within these hours there is not much time to eat at all. I was repping 92.5kg for sets last week but this week I could only manage 72.5kg... that is how lacklustre I feel at the moment physically. Very tierd, feeling the pressure etc.
Think a lack of protein and overall calories has been an issue. I need about 3200 cals to bulk and its tough to binge on the night.
