They are petty efficient in replyin to you. By 24 hours you'll know if you got considered. There'll be a questionaire based on your personality etc and if you pass that they'll call you up for a phone interview once you've done the phone interview they'll invite you in if you have passed. After that in store you'll be tested. Eg- they'll tell you that you have 8 minutes to find others for a busy (hypothetical) mother. She's a size 14 and needs smart casual. If you pass this they'll say your hired or not. That's what I went through. Except I applied for sales assistant but it's the same process. I worked there for a year and a half so DM if you want any help
