A-Level Choices

I'm choosing my A-Levels for Enrolment tomorrow. The three I plan to take for A2 are History (modern), English Literature and Sociology. My fourth I'm taking for AS will be Philosophy.

I just wanted to get some advice on how much content and writing Philosophy will be as obviously all my subjects are going to be essay based and time consuming and don't want to make it impossible for myself?? I love writing and debates hence my subject choices, it's more the content I'm concerned about. Any comments/advice are appreciated.

I've heard people doing approximately 1 essay a week. At least in the later weeks. As you're more concerned about the content, there's not much you can do about it apart from going to your teacher and asking about the different modules in your course and what you will expect. :smile:
