Are man boobs a massive turn off?

I'm 17 and have small man boobs, it's not like I'm fat but i still have them and they ruin my confidence. I know I'm a good looking guy but it's hard to get girls with those mo fos on my chest. Please answer honestly, I've got thick skin aha

Gynecomastia is often caused by obesity creating a hormone imbalance, so a way to combat that is to exercise.

Yeah I Googled gynecomastia and it's because I'm going through puberty and that **** causes hormone imbalances
