I'm not sure if this information is passed on. It would be a dick move by the school. In any case, given how liberal many fellows are, they would probably just be entertained by it rather than hold it against you for your application (let's face it, many have tried it at least once, even Cambridge fellows).

Edit: Also you were in year 10. That was 3 years ago.....
Everyone makes mistakes. Maybe you could write in your personal statementor if the ask in an interview say how far you have come and grown since the incident blah blah blah... hahah

PS:Apparently David Cameron was caught doing the same thing..he hasn't done too badly.
Do you really think the law society look at your school records.
