This isn't a complete list, but some degree subjects you could study are:

Environmental science
Geology
Psychology
Dietetics
Optometry
Dentistry
Biology
Biochemistry
Biomedical science

Assuming you have the required GCSE grades:
Medicine
Physiotherapy

I hope this helps

I'd image those GCSE grades would be good enough for medicine, but I'm not 100% sure, so I'd check the entry requirements for unis you're looking at to be sure.

Also, I think you'd need to do A Level maths to do an economics degree?
I was in the same position as you and ended up darting from aerospace engineering in the US to Veterinary Medicine in the UK! You will get there eventually so don't stress, just wait until you find something that you enjoy instead of settling for any university degree because everyone else is going off to uni too
