Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Economics - good A Levels for Law?

I was wondering if the above A Levels were good enough for law. I know law requires one essay based subject and I was wondering if Economics was good enough for law. I have a few questions:

Is economics well respected?
Should I take History or Geography instead?
Which is the hardest - Economics/Geography/History?

Thanks

I'm not sure if Economics would be counted as an essay subject because whilst there definitely is an essay component, it's not really the same like in History, for instance. It may be worth sending an email to universities to make sure.

I don't think you need an essay subject for Law though, at least not for all universities.
I'd email and check, as the poster above says. It's probably best to have something more like English Lit or History in there, these subjects will help develop writing skills and help you to construct coherent arguments better.
