Moving colleges question

It was my first day at sixth form yesterday and I hated it. The teachers kind of had this 'good enough' mentality acting like they'd probably do the bare minimum to get us an acceptable grade. This was then supported when my biology teacher revealed that only about 25% of students got A-B grades for their A-Levels last year and nothing was said about anyone getting any A*s. I hope to go on to study medicine in the future and I don't think this college will allow me to work to my full potential end even have a chance at getting into a university such as UCL for example. There is a University Technical College in the area specialising in bio-medicine and now I want to move there.

Is it too late to transfer now?

Hello! I would imagine that it is definitely not too late to transfer. I would recommend that you call the alternative college as soon as possible so they can advise you on next steps and whether they have any places available.
