Is it worth retaking 2 of my a levels during 1st year of uni for IB?

I'll be starting at warwick in October and got the following a levels:
Maths -A
Biology- A
Chemistry- C

Is it worth me retaking bio and chemisty to get A*s to improve my IB prospects. My degree is biomed. I can't retake maths as I did that in full 2 years ago. Thanks.
