What's the difference between a vegetarian shepherd's pie and a vegetarian cottage pi

There is no suck thing. Beef must be involved. The Welsh have great cows.
I do not know my friend I just always call mine shepards pie :smile:

The mash potato won't be made with diary butter or milk and the faux meat won't have any animal products, if they even use faux meat in the vegan one at all.

Not necessarily. Cottage pie uses minced beef, so yeah, beef is always used there for non-vegetarians/vegans. But shepherd's pie used minced lamb, not beef. Just saying. :colondollar::biggrin:
