Applying to Swedish Uni - Grade conversion

I wanted to apply for biomedicine at Karolinksa University and their grade requirements are Biology 2, Chemistry 2, Mathematics 4. I have no clue what this means lol.
I have 3 As at A-level in Biology, Maths and Economics, and GCSE Chemistry too if that means anything.
What are my chances? Do I meet these requirements?

Thanks in advance

This is the authority you need to contact: http://www.uhr.se/sv/Information-in-English/Qualifications-recognition/

They have a habit of changing grade systems in Sweden every few years so I don't know what the equiv. of A is at the moment. But my gut feeling is that As should be fine.
