Costume design courses

I'm struggling to find universities with good costume design courses, a lot of them seem to just offer fashion but i'd really like to do a more costume specific course. However i have found a couple of courses that i like the look of, but they are not part of the actual uni campuses so i feel like they wouldn't be as good on the social side of things. Can anyone recommend any good courses?
