Struggling with Pharmacy personal statement

I'm trying to write my personal statement but I'm really struggling. I know it has to be good because pharmacy is so competitive, does anyone have any tips??
Also who's applying and where do you think you're going to apply?

Read a couple of pharmaceutical journal papers (although it limits you to 2 a day unless you're registered now doesn't it? Doesn't matter, that should be enough), look for something topical that interests you, and think about pharmacy/medicine related things that you're genuinely interested in. Talk about your hobbies, why you want to do pharmacy, how the subjects you're studying are relevant, what you might like to do after you graduate, that kind of thing. Mostly just be honest really, and get a few different people to check it so they can give you feedback on spelling and the sentence flow and that kind of thing. And don't worry about work experience, if you've got it, talk about it, if you don't, seriously don't worry because loads of us don't when we started. There's plenty of time to get that later on.
