Offering £200 cash back to take my room
as the title says I'm desperate for someone to take my room off me, so I'm offering £200 cashback to whoever does. I took room 3 of 34 Garden Lane, its a 3 bedroom house with 1 final year girl and 1 second year boy, but I've decided to commute. The room is £394 a month or £91 a week (excluding bills, but after speaking with the landlord the bills should be £30 in total or £10 each) with water and broadband included in the rent. Its a good size room with a double bed, a large wardrobe and desk. Its only 5 minutes from the main Uni, 5 minutes from town and about 15 minutes from the station.
