Look at Taylor, she's already peaked. Either that or she needs a new stylist. She was a 10 from 2012-14. Now she's down to a 9 ffs.

That's fair. Anyway, I'd say an overwhelming proportion of girls have full developed by the time they hit 20.

Studies actually show that men believe women peak at 29, and scientifically that's pretty spot on (from a physical perspective for both men and women, e.g hottest bodies, easiest to be ripped etc.)

Always the first thing that comes to mind when you hear Holly Valance. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the people here haven't heard it, given I think it came out in 2002.
The only Holly Valance I know is the one that played Michael Scofield's side-piece.
