Gilly is a owner of a catering business known as ABC. She is exhausted from working long hours and decides to sell ABC for $400,000.

Jennifer saw the advertisement that she posted online and offered Gilly $350,000. Gilly was reluctant to accept Jennifer's offer as it is $50,000 less than the minimum price advertised. Jennifer suggested that Gilly think about the offer and revert to Jennifer by the end of the current week on Friday.

On Wednesday morning, at 11am, Gilly emails Jennifer to inform her that she is willing to accept Jennifer's offer.

However, at 2pm on Wednesday, Gilly received a written offer to purchase ABC at $450,000. Gilly is excited and accepted the offer. Immediately, Gilly telephones Jennifer to say that she has changed hr mind. As Jennifer is out, Gilly leaves a message with Jennifer's cousin, Gloria, for Jennifer to ignore Gilly's earlier email sent at 11am.
