Adding my Imperial email into my iOS account

I tried following these instructions but I keep getting the error "Unable to add account information".
https://www.imperial.ac.uk/admin-services/ict/self-service/connect-communicate/email/exchange/ios/

Any idea? Thanks in advance! :smile:

Just did it and worked fine for me. Make sure you follow the instructions as carefully as you can. I initially made the mistake of my email username being [email protected] instead of [email protected].

If you're on Office 365 (and I think all students are?) then the instructions are here -

https://www.imperial.ac.uk/admin-services/ict/self-service/connect-communicate/email/use/ios/

Note the different server (outlook.office365.com) and as mentioned that the username is [email protected]
