Applying for Maths with Econs
GCSE: 9A*1A
Achieved:
A2 Maths A* (94% - raw 96 but threshold dragged down. So mad)
AS Chem a (95%)
AS Physics a (93%)
Predicted: 4A* (4th Further)

Expecting rejection due to PS. 99.9% maths and 0.01% econs PS (literally a sentence stating that I'd like to pursue a career in mathematical econs haha). Im applying for Maths everywhere else. LSE was a last minute 'why not?' thing haha
Anyone else doing something like this?

Thought it might be good to have a separate thread for those applying for Maths and/with Economics degrees. Can applicants to this degree please list the following:

Degree:
GCSE grades:
AS subjects and grades:
A-level Predictions:

This will allow possible undergrads for next year to interact and we can all answer each others questions regarding the process!
For me:

Degree: Applying for Maths with Economics
GCSE grades: 7A* 3A's and A in add maths
AS subjects and grades: AAAB in Maths, Further, Economics and Physics
A-level Predictions: A*A*A in Maths, Economics and Further maths respectively + A* in EPQ

-A

Degree: Economics with Politics
GCSE: 7A*s and 3 As
AS subjects and grades: ABBC in Politics, Maths, Eng Lit and Economics
A-level Predictions: A*AA in Politics, Maths and Economics
If you have B's at as I would say that it is quit difficult to apply to LSE
