Room to let, Victoria Halls in Wembley. ideal for westminster and ucfb students

I am currently changing unis and therefore my contract is still ongoing with Victoria Halls. The contract lasts for 42 weeks, including christmas and easter holidays. Looking for someone to take over the contract, ideally westminster student or ucfb student, however will accept other students from age 18+.

Halls shared with Westminster students. 5 minute walk to Wembley Stadium. 2 minute walk to wembley park, with a 20 minute 2 stops ride into central london, wembley stadium national rail services 7-10 minute walk. London designer outlet, Brent Cross library, sse arena, 9 multi cinema complex, asda and lidl supermarket all with a 10 minute walk. letting is available asap, from £200 a week.
