London has more top universities than any other city in the world, according to newly released university rankings.

What did you expect in a nation that is extremely London-centric?
It's no secret that London receives far more investment and university endowment than any other city in the UK - Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and others don't get anywhere near as much love as London does...
I think it'd be interesting to see a league table ranking cities and countries based on their university entries. I'd imagine the list might go:

1. London
2. New York
3. Boston
4. Singapore
5. Chicago
6. Hong Kong
7. Paris
8. Edinburgh
9. Beijing
10. Oxford

If you don't know what course to do at university; don't feel pressured to go..

Yes, there's loans and tbh a lot of your friends may be going, but you could always go another year..

Considered taking a year out of education? work? travel?

Maybe after that you will have a greater scope on where you want to be and how to get there? :smile:
