Home Study?
I have an absurd amount of free periods at college, lessons are two hours long and we only have three in a day. The college is insisting I attend from 9 till 5 however I have two days of no lessons what so ever as well as three days with a double free period.
the college has tried to tell me that legally I have to be in school, (I'm in year 13 by the way) however I have spoken to many people and they say it is at the discretion of the school. Could anyone expand on the laws behind this?
