Some universities offering Computer Science courses excluding Maths A Level as a requirement are:

- Birmingham (AAA - grade A in Maths or Computing, with GCSE Maths grade B if not offered at A Level)
- Newcastle (AAB/ABB/AAC, with GCSE Maths at grade B)
- Leeds (AAA including Maths or Computing)
- Nottingham (AAA - AAB if Computing is offered, with GCSE Maths at grade B)
- Swansea (AAB-BBB, with GCSE Maths at grade B)
- Kent (ABB, with GCSE Maths at grade C)
- Hull - (280 points, e.g. BBC, with GCSE Maths at grade C)
