I hope so, they're one of my favourite uni's so I'm really hoping I get an offer soon! Is NT one of your top choices? :h:

Thanks, yep I just want to do straight psychology, although I did apply for a four year course at MMU which would also include a year abroad as I'm really interested in travelling!

Awww :h: I really can't say haha, I don't want to jinx anything.

Woah, a year abroad?! That's going to be so cool  but very pricey I can imagine - worth it though! 4/5 of my courses do a year in industry / placement year which is good :h:

That has honestly got to be the cutest goody box I've ever seen! And they SENT IT TO YOU THROUGH THE POST?! Woah  imagine the amount of Freebies they give out!

Ahh, it's always good to go to a uni which specialises in your subject / area you want to go into.

Yeah it's really cute! Really brightened up my day!! I wonder if they send their rejections with little boxes too lol

fair enough!

Yep! MMU isn't where I want to go however, but all my other uni's offer some sort of chance to study abroad for at least a semester which I'm definitely going to try and do, I just have no idea where I'm going to get the funding for it :s-smilie:

A placement year seems like such a worthwhile option, I bet it's a real help for employment opportunities!

If the course is wanting 280 UCAS points and I already have 320 UCAS points (on gap year) am I likely to get an unconditional offer even with a quite bad personal statement, I'm thinking not but my mum said i will :s-smilie:

I literally received an offer two minutes ago for BBB :h:

You'll most likely get an unconditional since you've already achieved your grades haha.

Thank you  It's weird why they're asking me for BBB when the course clearly states BBC lol. I've applying for Software Engineering with a year in industry.

Obviously you need a good balance in everything to be given a place. I'd offer to read your PS for you but TSR are a little stingy when it comes to sharing personal statements online haha!

But I've heard than NTU are very lenient with their grades so it shouldn't be difficult to get in, even if you didn't manage to the first time.

Same here but I have only received confirmation that they have received my application. I am assuming they are still going through applications

Maybe they've had a large intake for that course and know you can make them grades from the grades you've already got. Good luck anyway

Thanks, I know they are, I'm going to try and email one of my old tutors and hope she can help.

If they reject me in the first instance and they still have places in clearing do you know if i can I apply to them again in August??
