Gap year!

Hi there!
I finished high school in july 2014 and I am thinking to apply for entry 2016 at medicine;is there any problem that I will start my undergrad after 2 years? And if not ,can I get my references from my high school teachers?

Shouldn't be a problem, but med schools will want to know what you've been doing for those 2 years.

Your school teachers should still be happy to give you a reference.
