Good things to put in personal statement for actuarial science?

I want to study actuarial science in university but I havn't got any related work experience or done things which are gonna show I am dedicated for the course, for my work experience I was working in AMEY (engineering company) in an office doing spreadsheets on the computer etc, which isn't that related, and I havn't really done anything related to actuarial science before either.

Is there anything useful that I could do that would be useful in my personal statement? I need desperate help thanks

you can always 'manufacture' some kind of mathematical based issues you solved or undertook at your work experience. If you aren't able to then its not really the end of the world because its really difficult to get experience in any financial firm. good luck! im applying for actuarial aswell
