Should i mention what i want to do in the future, the course i'm applying for is molecular Biology and Biology?

You should mention that, yeah! They want to know what you want to do with your degree and after the degree so mention some goals :biggrin:

It might be worth mentioning very briefly but to be honest unless you have done a lot of background research into what a research career entails it is likely to sound naive and/or unrealistic.
