WTF is this "reverse racism" *******s

In this guys stand-up you can find all the flaws of all this rubbish about "reverse racism".

First of all, no one ever said reverse racism exists. There's just racism.

Secondly, racism doesn't mean "white men saying nasty things about people of colour", it just means someone of any race discriminating or being prejudiced against any race.

Thirdly, just because you believe your racism is justified, doesn't change the fact it's racism. It may well be justified, but racism doesn't mean "unjustified prejudice or discrimination against a race" it just means "prejudice or discrimination against a race". The term racism is not based on morality. Saying something is racist is not the same as saying that it is immoral or unjustified. Racism simply describes prejudice against a race, and that's it. Whether it's a good thing or not doesn't matter.

It is less bad for those who feel opressed to attack those they feel opressed by than for someone to just attack someone at random. One is some form of (perceived?) self preservation/revenge, the other is malice. That does not mean either attack is okay though.

None of that has anything to do with what "racism" means.

I agree with you, just pointing out that the guy in your video is confusing 'not as bad as...' with 'fine to do'.
