Do I stand a chance?

GCSE grades: 9A*, 3A, 1B
AS : BCCC (extenuating circumstances)
A2 predictions: AAB

My predictions were AAA but got changed for some reason. Do I stand a chance for Law at Durham/LSE?

I doubt it. Both want A*AA and are likely to be heavily oversubscribed. Your predicted grades are below that and your AS grades are nowhere near what they would expect. I don't know what your extenuating circumstances were but cannot see them accepting that for a 2 grade drop in 3 subjects. These unis only take the very best and your AS results and predicted grades do not suggest that.
