Chances of unconditional offer?

I finished 2 full A-levels this summer and took the opportunity to finish my 3rd alongside a new AS and Extended Project this year as some personal issues affected my progress and achievement.

The course I want to apply for has these as the requirement:

Usually 260-280 points, with at least 160-180 points from 2 complete A Levels and including grade C or above in English Language or Literature.

I have 180 points from my 2 A-Levels, one of which is a B in English Language and Literature. From my predicted grades (which are generously low and quite easy to achieve) for this year's subjects, my overall UCAS points would be at 360 if not more.

I was wondering if there is a chance of an unconditional offer since I have the minimum points and the grade requirement already, or will it be a conditional offer simply because I haven't finished the other courses yet and my grades aren't as good as they could've been?

Nothing is unconditional :cry2:

Well, I would be more than happy with a conditional offer! I was just wondering what the chances are.
