How to balance revision, homework, and upcoming exams?

I have a lot of assessments next week, which require some revision. However, I also have GCSE revision, which is still important but not set by school, which I find important. I get stressed quite easily, and sometimes spend too much time on the 'small' in-class assessments, but I still don't always get my target grade, which is worrying. How much time should I be factoring in for 'long-term' exam revision, which will help me a lot at the end of year, but less so at the moment? It's quite hard to find a balance...
I would focus on next week's assessments first to ensure you're keeping up with all the work. I wouldn't worry about the revision until you really need to.
Try and do the things which are due in first so you get them out the way. Then if you want to revise, take a small amount of time of your day such as 30 minutes to an hour each day or every other day dedicated to revising.
