OCR AS Level History A - Essay Help

I am an AS Student currently doing History,

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on essay writing, mainly about how to structure as I am struggling with the changes from GCSE to A-Level,

We get asked a 10 mark, and then two 20 mark questions,
e.g. Use your knowledge of rearmament in the 1930s to assess how useful Source B is as evidence for the weakness of Britain's armed forces in the 1930s?. [10]

Using these three sources in their historical context, assess how far they support the view that Churchill was proposing unrealistic policies with regard to gaining international support against Hitler in the 1930's. [20]
