Is it true that guys will get with anyone in a club?

What happens is that men often like to pretend they have high standards and alcohol gives them a excuse to be with women they would not normally be allowed to be with without being laughed at

Women do that to but to a lesser level as they know as men are desperate they have more choice thats why less attractive girls get with better looking men.

I think its about self esteem, even a very confident guy needs to have his ego soothed now and again plus guys have a image they need to be noticed.

I used to go clubbing to enjoy myself, I was nervous and if I flirted with a girl that was a bonus, if I took a girl home that was a bigger bonus and I didn't see it as a necessity though often did feel something was wrong with me if it seemed I had a chance with a girl and was too shy to do anything about it.

I clearly remember quite a few occasions being so shy and a girl flirting with me and a prat butting in thinking first come first served, made me feel like punching the person.
