Does the welsh baccalaureate count as a grade through adjustment(and clearing)?

If I had for example an offer of BCC as my firm but achieved ACD in my A levels along with an A in the welsh bacc. As not all universities accept the welsh bacc. as equivalent to an A level (most do and accept it as an A), would I still be able to enter adjustment?

Nope, you have to exceed your firm offer and if that didnt include welsh bac then you wont have exceeded it.
OK thanks. Just to confirm then, if my firm did accept the welsh bacc. and I achieved A(welsh bacc.)ACD, would I be eligible to enter clearing? Thanks!
