International Students, Financial Declaration and VISAs

Hello,

I have a few questions about certain things because my Guidance Counsellor is travelling and I'm in need of some advice.So here goes.

I'm an international student living in a developing country. Now I've read I need to submit a financial declaration for UKCISA that equals about 5-7000 pounds? I can TRY and pull that off at least, but when do I need to have my Student VISA ready? Also, what about financial declarations for individual universities? When do those need to be submitted? Additionally, what do they require us to prove? Do we have to submit a declaration once our offers come out, or can we wait a little while?
