I do AQA physics. Would that book support the spec or had it got irrelevant topics in it?

My teacher uses it alongside his teaching and we are doing Edexcel. It is extremely detailed and is not specific to any exam board, so some areas may be irrelevant in terms of your specification. However, it does provide all information needed to get the highest of grades and explains concepts very well with a lot of worked examples and questions with answers in the back. Although, reviews you can find online would probably be much more helpful as I have only started reading it since September!
