I can't open the link to the r&r form!!!!!

Please help, i just received the email from Keele with a link to the R&R form and the web page wont load!! My internet connection is fine, I don't know what going on, HELP!!!!
I don't think it's working for anyone. Pretty certain it will either be sorted by tomorrow or Monday at the latest. We have until the end of the month fill it in so stay calm!

Yeh I received the email too and It doesn't work - I hope that they just exempt us from filling this form in because I'm really busy with my BMAT preparation.
