So right now Im doing a levels and I want to do IR and GI at nottingham uni.
I wanted to know what kind of careers i could get into and what jobs are out there for people with this degree

A degree like that will open doors to a wide range of careers that don't require a specific degree. Most relevant would be the Foreign Office, UN, Nato (although the latter two usually require a masters degree to) other NGO's and the EU (a second language is required). Possibly risk management for an international business too. Then many other options not directly relate to IR. However I can't stress enough how much is down to you- a degree isn't enough on its own, you need to organise work experience during your time at uni, doesn't matter if its not 100% relevant as long as you can make clear the skills you've gained. Then being able to write a good application is crucial too. It's always worth going to your uni careers centre for advice on that.
