Cold sore or stubble burn?
Last night a guy and I were kissing for ages over a course of 24 hours. He had quite spiky stubble so I thought this morning when I had a peeling tip of my nose that it was just stubble rash from, which I've had from other people before since I have really sensitive skin.But after reading up about it online I'm thinking it might be a cold sore. It burns a bit, is flakey and bumpy and pus is coming from it. I'm currently putting sudocreme on it.What could it be and what should I dO?
