Do universities look at A2 grades mainly, or the overall A-Level?

Depends a lot on the university. Some care more about GCSEs, some more about ASs, some about predicted A2 grades, or personal statement, or extra curricular. I think in general it's more AS results and predicted grades. Those are the main areas though x
